Stewards of Children Training Program

We are starting a training program to assist our Nursery/Children's and Youth workers. Stewards for Children begins this Sunday, November 19. This training is provided through an organization Darkness to Light, which gives you concrete steps that you can take to protect the children in your life.  For more information, please visit their website https://www.d2l.org/.

We are also happy to offer you a link to The Memphis Children's Advocacy Center at www.MemphisCAC.org. This organization supports safety for children through informed prevention, community collaboration, and a team approach to healing and justice for victims of child sexual and severe physical abuse, and has many resources to assist you.

What We Believe at Harmony

Simply put, we believe in the Bible. We believe it is the holy, infallible Word of God. We believe we are sinners saved by the loving grace of Jesus Christ. We believe we are called to share the glad Good News that Jesus saves with everyone we encounter. For a more in-depth look at Harmony Church of Bartlett, what we stand for and our vision for the future, watch this message from our Pastor Larry Turner.

[ Open All | Close All ]

[+] THE BIBLE
The bible, the infallible Word of God; a complete and unified witness to God's redemptive acts culminating in the incarnation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Bible alone is the final authority on all matters on which it speaks.

[+] THE TRINITY
In one God, the sovereign Creator and Sustainer of all things, infinitely and eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

[+] JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ, the living Word, became flesh by the Holy Spirit and His virgin birth. He who is fully God and fully man united in one Person. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. On the third day He arose bodily from the grave, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of God the Father, He now is our High Priest and Mediator.

[+] HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit was sent by Christ to effect the saving work of Christ to all who believe. He convicts us of sin and draws us to Christ. He lives within all believers, giving us new life and imparts gifts to us for service in his kingdom and for the building up of all the saints. He instructs and guides us into all truth, and seals us for the day of redemption.

[+] SALVATION
Being separated from God by the sin of Adam in the Garden of Eden and condemned by our own sinfulness, our salvation is completely dependent upon the work of God's free grace. God credits His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, thereby justifying them in His sight.

[+] THE CHURCH
The true Church is composed of all persons who have trusted in Christ and him alone for salvation. The Church is visibly expressed in local congregations where the Word of God is preached in its fullness and the sacraments are administered in their integrity; where biblical discipline is practiced, and where loving fellowship is maintained.

[+] CHRIST'S RETURN
Jesus Christ will come again to the earth-personally, visibly, and bodily, to judge the living and the dead, and to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.
